The City of Pleasanton, CA, has selected Sun Ridge Systems to replace their existing Tyler CAD and RMS applications.

Nestled in an East Bay valley and having a population of about eighty thousand, Pleasanton PD will use RIMS CAD/RMS, Mobile RIMS, iRIMS LE, Mapping, PropRoom, CitizenRIMS, CLETS, TIMS, and will also integrate with multiple other systems. They will also use RIMS Collaborate to connect to other RIMS agencies.

We are excited to announce the addition of a southern California agency to RIMS! Beaumont Police Department has selected RIMS to replace Mark 43 CAD and RMS.

A community of 55,000 residents, Beaumont is located west of Palm Springs on I-10, next to another RIMS agency, the Banning Police Department. This marks RIMS 220th California agency! BPD will use the full suite of RIMS applications, including CAD/RMS, iRIMS LE, Mapping, Citizen RIMS, RIMS Collaborate, e911, CLETS, RIMS2Txt, and multiple integrations.

Plumas County Sheriff’s Office has selected RIMS to place their existing PTS Solutions CAD/RMS/JMS vendor.

Located in northern California, Plumas County is home to about 20,000 residents. The men and women of the Plumas County Sheriff’s Office will use RIMS CAD/RMS, InCustody Jail Management System, iRIMS LE, Mapping, PropRoom, CitizenRIMS, e911, CLETS, RIMS2Text, RIMS Collaborate, TIMS, and multiple RMS and JMS integrations.

Please welcome Mt. Shasta Police Department. RIMS was selected to replace their current Cyrun computer-aided dispatch and records management system with RIMS CAD/RMS, RIMS Mapping, Property Room, e911, CLETS, RIMS Collaborate, and Training Information Management System (TIMS).

Located in Siskiyou County in northern California, Mt. Shasta PD serves a community of over three-thousand residents.

We LOVE our schools, college, and university agencies. We could not be happier to announce RIMS has been selected by the University of the Pacific Department of Public Safety to replace ARMS!

Located in Stockton, CA, and with San Francisco and Sacramento campuses, the University of the Pacific is California’s oldest university, founded in 1851! The university’s DPS is one of only two private universities with full police powers.

Serving a student population of over 6,200, DPS will use RIMS CAD/RMS, Mobile RIMS, iRIMS LE, RIMS Collaborate, and TIMS. They are our 217 California RIMS agency.
