We are excited to announce the arrival of our 14th Sheriff’s Office to the RIMS family. Modoc County Sheriff’s Office will use RIMS CAD/RMS, JMS, CLETS, Mapping, and iRIMS.

“Where the West still lives”, Modoc County is located in northern California. The sheriff’s office staff of 13 patrol deputies, 10 correctional deputies, and 7 dispatchers is lead by Sheriff Tex Dowdy and his team of and serves appx. 9000 residents and covers an area of 4,203 sq miles.

Los Gatos PD joined the ranks of 180 other California law enforcement agencies using RIMS. The PD is live with CAD/RMS, Mobiles, CLETS, e911, Mapping, PropRoom, Citizen RIMS, and multiple interfaces including AutoCite, CopLogic, CopLink, Axon, Crossroads, and more.

Ferndale PD went live given the many obstacles of area fires, COVID19, and our own travel challenges!  We would love to give a shout out to Sgt. We are “live” at Rank Investigations and Protection!!!!!! Located in Modesto, CA, Rank Investigations has been serving its community since January of 2005 and provides security services, accident investigation, data research, background investigations, K-9 services, protection services, and video surveillance!

With over 100 officers, they provide public safety services to almost 900 customers in the Modesto area, including a community service district with a population of 22,000 residents. In addition, they patrol 300 miles of irrigation canals and 650 sq miles of electrical assets and was the pioneer in rural patrol. The company is well diversified in its client base covering a myriad of venues.

We are excited to announce RIMS is now live at Coronado Police Department. Located in San Diego County, CA, Coronado (aka “The Crown City”) is home to 24,000 residents who are served by a police department staff over 100 that includes 40 civilian volunteers.

Coronado Police Department is using RIMS CAD/RMS, InCustody Lite JMS, e911, CLETS, station and mobile RIMS Mapping, PropRoom, RIMS Collaborate, Citizen RIMS, iRIMS LE, TIMS, and multiple integration solutions. The project also included data conversion from PRC CAD/RMS.
