Pleasant Hill, CA is a community of Contra Costa County, CA located in the East Bay area of San Francisco. The city is home to 35,000 residents and the John F Kennedy University. PHPD is comprised of 44 sworn officers and 12 communications officers.

We are delighted to announce the beginning of a new relationship with the University of California Riverside Police Department. UC Riverside PD serves 3500 faculty/administrative staff positions and over 20,000 students. Rated one of the most ethnically and economically diverse universities in the United States, UC Riverside was established in 1954 and provides 81 majors and 52 minors degrees, 48 master’s degrees, and 42 Ph.D. programs.

RIMS now serves 6 of the 10 University of California police departments.
