APBnet
Integrated with RIMS State Switch, this integration requires no additional software changes and is integrated with the State mask. This automatically queries APBnet of the license plates and driver license checks ran through RIMS.
ARIES (Automated Regional Information Exchange System)
Contra Costa County, CA uses ARIES to collect and share valuable case information with multiple California agencies. Alameda, Solano, Santa Clara, and San Joaquin Counties provide additional data sources to contribution to the data warehouse. ARIES also is the main data collecting point for CopLink. RIMS exports agency configurable RMS data.
ARJIS (Automated Regional Justice Information System)
ARJIS is San Diego County regional data sharing system. RIMS agencies configure which RMS data elements to be exported to ARJIS. Typically arrests, cases, citations, field interviews, and accidents are exported.
Axon
RIMS CAD transfers basic RIMS CAD Incident information to the Axon body camera system. Using the Officer/Unit ID, the interface correlates CAD events by:
- Automating basic incident information entry for every recording
- Improving data accuracy with complete, correct info
- Increasing officer efficiency after each recorded call
Brazos e-Citation Import
RIMS RMS has a standard e-citation import from Brazos. As part of a standard import, offender, vehicle, violation, and other information are imported from Brazos seamlessly into RIMS RMS. A pdf image of the citation can also be attached to RIMS.
CivicSmart e-Citation Import
RIMS RMS has a standard e-citation import from CivicSmart/AutoISSUE. As part of a standard import, offender, vehicle, violation, and other valuable information are imported seamlessly into RIMS RMS. A pdf image of the citation can also be attached to RIMS.
CopLink
COPLINK is a police investigation software application that consolidates data from many sources. RIMS automatically exports agency configurable information into this data-sharing solution.
CopLogic
Utilizing CopLogic's reporting system, agencies enable members of the community to file specific types of reports online. The service is quick and easily for the citizen and frees up valuable officer hours. Once the report is completed online, RIMS then transfers this information into the officer case log for final review and completion.
This interface imports basic Case/Report data, Person and Vehicle records, Reporting Party's (RP's) Narrative, case photographs and attachments.

Mobile RIMS utilizes Cradlepoint as a GPS/AVL hardware solution.
CRIMS (Alameda County, CA Records Interface)
CRIMS is a county-wide intranet browser software application that serves as a criminal justice information portal, facilitating information sharing among all participating agencies in Alameda County, CA. The software is designed to promote inter-operability between a variety of criminal justice computer systems within and outside of Alameda County, CA. RIMS exports valuable case, person, vehicle, and other information to CRIMS making criminal justice information available to local justice partners including patrol officers.
Crossmatch AFIS Livescan
Improve data accuracy and reduce time entering duplicate information into livescan devices. From RIMS RMS or InCustody JMS, transfer person demographics and arrest information quickly and seamlessly to Crossmatch AFIS/Livescan devices.
Crossroads Collison Interface and Citation Transfer
Crossroads software products include a collision reporting and e-citation program. For the collision reporting tool, RIMS offers a two-way transfer solution. RIMS transfers collision data from RIMS to Crossroads software including people and vehicle records. For California agencies, all CHP-555 information is transferred as well.
Alternatively, RIMS can import collision information from Crossroads including people, vehicles, narratives, and attachment records.

Dataworks Imaging
Dataworks interface to RIMS allows users to query Dataworks to retrieve a list of name matches and the query the photographs associated to that record. Photos can be saved to a disk or copied to a clipboard/file.

ePolice Report
ePolice Report allows citizens to submit crime reports on-line, at any time. This information is then ingested into RIMS where an official report can be created, reviewed, and approved.

E-Seek State Driver License Readers
Using the E-Seek driver license and identification card reader, Mobile RIMS quickly populates the biographical information from a driver license/identification card. Use InCustody JMS? E-seek has a variety of uses for the jail as well.
Models currently supported include M-250 and M-260 readers.

Naval Postgraduate School - CORE Lab for Social Network Analysis
Have a need for social network anaylsis (SNA)? The Naval Post Graduate School offers the CORE Lab to support law enforcement investigations. RIMS exports case information to the CORE Lab's SNA application for analysis.
N-DEx FBI National Data Exchange
N-DEx complements other well-known FBI systems, such as the National Crime Information Center (NCIC), Interstate Identification Index (III), and Next Generation Identification (NGI) providing critical information to the criminal justice community. Information not contained in those systems, i.e., incident and case reports, full Department of Justice (DOJ) case files, and corrections data, is available in N-DEx. The N-DEx system fills information gaps and provides situational awareness.
RIMS provides a file export of selected agency records to include person, vehicle, case report, and other information.
Northrop Grumman LInX
With Law Enforcement Information Exchange (LInX), users will retrieve and link more available data than ever before to support their investigative and tactical operations. LInX supports queries against both structured and free text documents. Combined with expanded query capabilities, users increase their chances of finding and recognizing critical information.

SIRE Records Imaging
For agencies already using SIRE to storing and access files, such as critical documents and files – including photos, videos and audio files – are stored in a secure environment that can be quickly accessed from RIMS RMS. When a Case is approved, RIMS creates a PDF of the approved report and saves it to the DIS (Document Imaging System) for import.
Phoenix Group Information Systems
RIMS RMS has a standard e-citation import from Phoenix. As part of a standard import, offender, vehicle, violation, and other information are imported from Phoenix seamlessly into RIMS RMS. A pdf image of the citation can also be attached to RIMS.

The Crime Fighter LIMS provides laboratories with the means to record and track case related information.

ReportBeam
Transfer collision information from ReportBeam to RIMS including People, Vehicle and Attachments.
For the state of Wyoming agencies, the ReportBeam transfer program is free (paid by a grant through the Wyoming Association of Sheriffs and Chiefs of Police) with the exception of a small annual maintenance fee.
Sierra Wireless
Agencies can use Sierra Wireless hardware for their GPS/AVL needs. Mobile RIMS currently can support the AirLink and Raven hardware solutions.
TDEx Texas Data Exchange
The Texas Data Exchange (TDEx) is a system that compiles law enforcement incident records and other non-intelligence criminal justice information into a central state repository for sharing across jurisdictional lines. The information is available through the National Data Exchange (N-DEx) for law enforcement and criminal justice purposes.
Access to this data is provided by the Texas Department of Public Safety (TXDPS) to authorized users at no cost to the local agency.
Thales Cogent AFIS Livescan Systems
Improve data accuracy and reduce time entering duplicate information into livescan devices. From RIMS RMS or InCustody, transfer person demographics and arrest information quickly and seamlessly to Thales Cogent AFIS/Livescan devices.
Topaz Signature Pads
Topaz Systems' LCD pads feature a Topaz electronic signature pad with the added feature of an LCD interactive display, allowing users to see "electronic ink" under the pen tip as they sign as well as navigate and display text and graphics. LCD pads will show the signature on the signature pad, as well as the computer screen. RIMS uses Topaz signature pads to collect signatures for evidence and property. InCustody collects signatures for: Bookings, Releases, Phone Logs, Inmate Disciplinary Actions, Jail Incident Narratives, Property Release, and Financial Transactions.
TraCS Citation Transfer
RIMS RMS has a standard e-citation import from TraCS. Offender, vehicle, violation, and other information are imported from the e-citation platform seamlessly into RIMS. A pdf image of the citation can also be attached to RIMS.
TurboData
RIMS RMS has a standard e-citation import from TurboData. Offender, vehicle, violation, and other information is imported from the e-citation platform seamlessly into RIMS. A pdf image of the citation can also be attached to RIMS.
California Department of Justice Use of Force Reporting (URSUS)
For California agencies, use-of-force data is collected by RIMS RMS and InCustody JMS. RIMS export these reports to the California Department of Justice. Additionally, all use-of-force report fields are searchable for collecting valuable information pertaining to these incidents for analysis and reporting.
VeriPic
VeriPic’s client, mobile, and web applications allow law enforcement to store data from body worn cameras, picture files, audio files, all data from the Evidence Pad app, as well as other proprietary data in one place for easy management and prep for court.
Watchguard
